OWLtech's COVID-19 Information
OWLtech has taken this time to consider how we can serve our customers’ needs even more effectively and safely, whether online or in our stores. Some of the things that we are doing to ensure a safe shopping experience and follow Temple’s four pillars of public health precautions include:
-Conducting in-store visits by appointment to help limit the amount of people in store at one time. If you have any questions about any of our products or services please contact OWLtech at 215-204-OWLT (6958) or by email at email@example.com.
-Monitoring the health of our employees by asking them to check their temperatures prior to their scheduled shift and to stay home if they experience any symptoms such as high fever or cough. Requiring all of our team members to wear face coverings while working at OWLtech.
-Placing special emphasis on conducting deep cleanings on all highly touched surfaces, such as display products.
The response to COVID‑19 is still ongoing, and we recognize that the road back will have its twists and turns. OWLtech and Temple University will always put the health and safety of our customers and teams above all else and will continue to be prepared and make changes as necessary to align with the public health recommendations and guidelines put in place by Temple, City, State and Federal officials.
We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. For any unopened product, simply return it with its original receipt of sale within 15 days of purchase and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.
Any open box returns may require inspection before a refund can be processed, and any acceptable open box returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All open box returns must be returned within 15 days of purchase and accompanied by its original receipt of sale.
