On Thursday, November 21st, 2019, from 4:59 p.m. until 6:18 p.m., access to some functions in the Concur were unavailable. The vendor SAP has resolved the issue.

Please DO NOT click on any of the links in the email message or open the attachment. DO NOT REPLY back to the email message with your account or personal information. Simply delete the email message. VOIP Phone System

Current Status:

On Sunday, November 17, 2019 between 7:30 a.m. an 1:15 p.m. the university’s VOIP phone system experienced intermittent phone service due to a Verizon high level network outage. This issue has been resolved and VOIP phone service restored.

TUportal maintenance

To keep our systems current and provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services  performed TUportal maintenance on:

Saturday, November 16 from 10:00 am through 1:00 pm

During this time, TUportal was unavailable.

However, systems such as Canvas, MyHousing, TUmail, OWLbox, Zoom, WebEx, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases remained available.

Single Sign-On issue

On Friday, November 15, 2019 from 9:10 AM to 10:34 AM access to TUportal, TUMail, Canvas and various TUApplications were intermittent . IT Services resolved this issue.
