To keep our systems current and provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services did perform TUportal and Banner monthly maintenance on:
Saturday, July 11 from 10:00 am through 12:00 noon
During this time, TUportal and a number of Banner and related university systems were unavailable. For a complete list of systems that were affected by the maintenance, see the System Maintenance page.
Note that systems such as Canvas, MyHousing, TUmail, OWLbox, Zoom, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases were available during the maintenance window. When you went to tuportal.temple.edu, to access them and other resources, they were available through links presented on a substitute page.
