Temple's ACD (Automated Call Director) phone system was unavailable on Monday, February 4, 2019 between 1:53 p.m. and 4:42 p.m. Information Technology Services has resolved this problem. During this outage the Voice Over IP (VoIP) phone systems were unaffected.
