Access to the Account Management site (Accounts.temple.edu) was unavailable 8/3 between 11:10am to 12:12pm. DBA's restored access.
Tuhelp and Remedy were unavailable on 8/3 between 10:19 AM and 10:34 AM. Access was restored by Remedy Administration.
A Power Outage occured in Liacouras Parking Garage Offices on 8/3 between 7:18 AM - 8:49 AM. Network Services has resolved this outage.
On Sunday, August 2nd, 2020, from 6:49 a.m. until 6:53 a.m., a partial power outage impacted Main Campus. When power was restored by PECO, network connectivity was restored by IT Services. The following buildings were impacted by the partial power outage:
- Charles Library
- Annenberg Hall
- White Hall
- 1800 Liacouras Walk
- Ritter and Ritter Annex Halls
- Speakman Hall
- Paley Hall
- Presser Hall
- Engineering Builing
- Gladfelter Hall
- Speakman Hall
- Architecture Building
- Weiss Hall
Access to 25Live was unavailable from 6:05 p.m. until 6:37 p.m. on Thursday, July 30th, 2020.
Due to System Maintenance, MyHousing was unavailable on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 for an upgrade. During this time students were not be able to access MyHousing which serves as the online portal to housing assignments and meal plan sign up.
Some applications accessed via remote.temple.edu were unavailable on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 between 5:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Information Technology Services has esolved this problem.
