The Kronos Servers were restarted on Thursday evening, June 13th, 2019, between 9pm and 9:15pm. User’s may experience an intermittent outage during this time. This didn't have impact to the Kronos Clocks as they continued to collect punch transactions.

TUhelp and support.temple.edu - Emergency Scheduled Maintenance

Kronos

On Wednesday, June 12th, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. until 7:15 p.m. Kronos was unavailable while a system upgrade was performed.

During the upgrade period on June 12th, there was no access to the Kronos web application. Punches continued to be collected at all clocks throughout campus. These punches will be passed to time cards once the Kronos application is back online. Employees who use the Kronos web application to record in- and out-times (time stamp) should follow their departmental procedures for manually recording their time during the network upgrade period.  Timekeepers will be required to update time cards with punches collected manually after the maintenance is completed.

All timekeeper questions regarding timecard edits following this upgrade should be directed to Payroll Management at Ext 7-2244.

Some users were reporting an issue when accessing Temple Preview via the Next Steps in TUportal on Wednesday, June 13th, 2019. IT services worked with the vendor to resolve this issue.
