From Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 10:59 a.m. until Thursday, December 12, 2019, 12:00 a.m. the University experienced intermittent issues with our phone system due to a problem that stemmed from Verizon. Telecommunications confirmed this issue has been resolved.

On Thursday, December 12, 2019 The Parchment transcript and diploma service was briefly unavailable due to major upgrades being performed by the vendor. Information Technology Services has confirmed that access has been restored.
On Thursday, December 12, 2019 the Course Reserves experienced several brief outages starting at 2:14 a.m. and ending at 8:10 a.m. Library Information Technology Services resolved this issue.
