Looking for fun activities to do at home this holiday season? Microsoft offers a variety of family activity templates to enjoy using PowerPoint and Word. Some of these templates include coloring books, crosswords, fill-in stories, photo albums and more.

Need feedback on a presentation or report? Wondering who can attend your event? Want to solicit ideas on a project or take a vote on how to proceed? Try using Microsoft Forms to quickly create a questionnaire and gather this information.
Creating a Form
It's the day before finals and the last thing you want to happen is to lose all your study guides, final papers and projects. There's always the possibility that your computer can crash or the file can become corrupted. To avoid this risk, back up your work using Temple's free cloud-based storage options:
Have a big virtual presentation coming up for your department or hosting a lecture in front of Zoom attendees? Want to rehearse your presentation beforehand to perfect your public speaking skills? Try using PowerPoint Presenter Coach.
PowerPoint Presenter Coach is a feature that comes with PowerPoint online, which is available through Temple’s Microsoft 365 offering. The feature allows you to rehearse your presentation as PowerPoint analyzes your public speaking skills to provide helpful feedback.
Have a long research paper that’s due at the end of the semester? Want to find an easier and less time-consuming way to manage all your sources and cite them? Consider using the Citation tools in Google Docs and Microsoft Word. The Citation tools are a great way to add all your sources and turn them into in-text citations and bibliographies for MLA, APA or Chicago style formats.

If your web browser seems to be acting a bit sluggish, try clearing out the browser cache (pronounced cash). The cache is a holding area where your computer temporarily places web pages that you've viewed. This is done so when you view the pages again, the browser can quickly reload the page elements, such as logos and images, without having to download them.
