Initial Setup

  1. If Citrix Receiver is not already open, tap the Receiver icon.
  2. Tap Add Account on the Citrix Receiver Welcome page.
  3. In the Address box, type your AccessNet-username@temple.edu (for example, tua55555@temple.edu). Then tap Next.
  4. At the log on screen, perform the following: a) In the User Name box, type your AccessNet username. b) In the Password box, type your AccessNet password. Note: If you are off-campus and are prompted for a domain name, type TU. c) Tap Log On.

Access Apps

  1. When you log in, the Citrix Receiver desktop appears showing the icons for the applications you previously selected. The icons remain there each time you log in to Citrix Receiver, regardless of which type of computer or device you use. Click one of these icons to access a program.   To view all the applications, tap the Apps tab on the right side of the screen.
  2. The apps that appear on the desktop have a green checkmark. To add an application to the desktop, click on it.
  3. To display the tablet keyboard or return to the Citrix Receiver desktop, you will need to access the menu bar. To do this, click the arrow tab at the top center portion of the screen.
  4. To display the tablet keyboard, tap the Keyboard icon.
  5. To return to the Citrix Receiver desktop, tap the Home icon. Then at the Are you sure you want to exit? prompt, tap Exit.

Log Off

  1. Tap the user icon on the upper-right portion of the screen.
  2. Then tap Log Off.
  3. Tap the Home icon or button, depending on your device.

Log In

  1. Click the Receiver icon on the desktop.
  2. Tap the user icon on the upper-right portion of the screen.
  3. Tap your email address.
  4. The Citrix desktop appears.
  5. When accessing an app for the first time, you will be prompted to log in. Enter your AccessNet password and tap Log On.
