Outlook Client on a Windows Computer

Open the message and click the Report Phish button that appears in the Ribbon bar off to the right.

Outlook Client on a Mac

If you're using the Microsoft Office 365 Outlook Client on a Mac, and don't see the Report Phish button in your ribbon bar off to the right, you may need to update your privacy settings to enable connected experiences. To do so:

    1. Click Outlook in your Apple menu bar at the top of your screen, then Click Preferences.   
    2. Click Privacy.  
    3. Make sure Enable optional connected experiences is checked.  
    4. If you just added the check next to Enable optional connected experiences, you may need to restart the Outlook app to apply the changes to your privacy settings.
    5. Open the message and click the Report Phish button that appears in the Ribbon bar off to the right.
