The Academic Technologies group provides evaluation, consultation, service and support to schools, colleges, and campuses at Temple. The unit is responsible for implementing and supporting university-wide academic applications, learning space/classroom technologies and special events.
The Applications and Data Services group provides user experience guidance and development, business process consulting, enterprise application support, Oracle database management, business intelligence (including data architecture and modeling expertise), business process automation, and imaging services to central units and schools, colleges and campuses.
Business Services provides financial, purchasing, contract and human resources support for Information Technology Services and Telecommunications, and provides guidance and ensures that operations are in compliance with University procedures and protocols.
The Information Technology Services Technology Support Services Team provides assistance for technology related questions to the university community.
The Information Technology Services Communications and Documentations Team provides assistance for editorial and documentation needs on Temple's technology resources, department services and keeps community informed about resource availability and new services.
The Infrastructure, Operations and Security groups provide enterprise services to the university community across all Temple domestic and international campuses in support of identity management, security, server engineering, data center operations, networking, wireless, internet, telephony, and production control. The group also supports the centralized Campus Labs and the student facing services associated with Lab technologies.
The Web and Media Operations group manages and maintains web, streaming media, and content management systems for the university community while also providing support for streaming live events in and around Philadelphia. The Audio Video Services group acts as liaisons between domestic on-campus departments, Facilities’ Project Management Group, and vendors to ensure public audio and video systems meet functional requirements and are installed and maintained properly.
