The Information Technology Services Technology Support Services Team provides assistance for technology related questions to the university community.

The Information Technology Services Technology Support Center is staffed by professional consultants and technical student workers who are trained to assist Temple students, faculty, and staff with technical issues.

Emergency E-Grading Support - Friday, May 9th:
The Technology Support Center will be open for extended hours on Friday, May 9th, from 5:00 p.m. until 11:59 p.m. to exclusively assist Faculty with E-Grading related issues. To reach the Emergency E-Grading Support person during the noted window, please call (215) 204-8000.

*In addition to our normal hours of operations, the Technology Support Center provides emergency on call support from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
