The Technology Support Services Team provides assistance for technology related questions to the university community.

The Technology Support Center is staffed by professional consultants and technical student workers who are trained to assist Temple students, faculty, and staff with technical issues.

Emergency Grading Support - Friday, May 8th:
The Technology Support Center will provide coverage on Friday, May 8th, from 5:00 p.m. until 11:59 p.m. to exclusively assist Faculty with Grading related issues. To reach the Emergency Grading Support person during the noted window, please submit a ticket at TUhelp or email [click-for-email].
Before contacting Emergency Grading Support, information below may address your issue.
- If the application is exhibiting abnormal behavior, try and clear your browser cache or use an alternate web browser to make your submissions.
- The Registrar's Office has provided steps for submitting grades here along with quick tips.
- Faculty may also reach out to their Grading Liaison for assistance. Availability may vary after hours on the day of the deadline.
- If you miss the deadline to enter your grades by 11:59 pm on May 8th, students will receive an MG for the course. After the deadline, you will need to reach out to your Grading Liaison for assistance.
